Disgusting service by the front of house staff very rude even on entering the property left my iPad with them for over 2 weeks on the proviso that it would cost 80 too 100 pounds and would call me if it was any more ! they didn't phone me once to tell me any information or when it came back to the shop when I came back to the shop they told me it had cost 130.00 this repair had already been done and was made to feel I had to pay it not consulting me of the extra money so this is what I did ! I had the staff member speak to me very rudely again! When I get home I look at the iPad and the middle button is moving around and getting stuck worst experience I have ever had and the device is now broken in another way !

Fixed my step mom and dad phone amazing price!! I recommend to go there if you’ve got any problems at all with phones or tablets, friendly service x

Malik has been so helpful. My sons phone kept searching for network & he couldn't use it. Malik fixed the phone & helped my son on several occasions. Makes a change to meet someone so helpful & genuinely kind. I would recommend this phone shop to anyone.

Bought a case for an iPad Air which literally didn't fit. Returned for a refund, which is a legal obligation in this instance, as the item was not 'suitable and as described'. Was informed they don't offer refunds. Explained it was their legal obligation and they literally couldn't care less. Gave me a number to call but it was absolutely designed to fob me off and there was never any response. Had to report them to trading standards. Just never ever shop there if you value your time and money, cos they certainly don't.

Lovely man who runs the shop, although the phone screen which they replaced with my apple one with was terrible quality, the colours were very off... and the touch kept ghosting. For £60, it was definitely not worth it, went back and asked for a refund which they were happy to do... Although they wanted to charge me £20 to have my old screen put back on as I was using there time so I rang Mobile Solutions which is just down by the river in Worcester and they were happy to take the terrible quality phone screen off and put on one of theirs on which was A LOT better quality (nearly as good as apples screens!!!), without charging me anymore money than the screen costs. Luckily I got my £60 back and didn't have to pay the £20 to have it taken off!!

I went in to get my note 4 unlocked and they quoted that it would take 2-24 hours. After 24 hours I rang them and they said 24-48 hours. After 48 hours I rang them and they said it would take between 2-8 days! Not only that but it was also very expensive!

Fast and good customer service. Very helpful staff. Kept me in contact about how the phone was during repair. Would 100% recommend!!!

Awfull service, took a week to fix my phone when they said it would take 2-3 days, then when I went to pick up my phone they were trying to charge me an extra £65 on top of the original price. Absolute rip offs, will take any chance to get more money out of you. Rude staff, raised voices and arguments when I refused to pay the extra money and they wouldn't give me my original phone back. Never ever use this store. Many more phone shops in Worcester, avoid this one!!!!!

Went in today to get my iPhone SE fixed as the screen was badly smashed and the phone un useable! It was fixed within the hour and has come back in perfect condition! Very efficient and polite speedy service would 100% recommend!
