I ordered for the first time the main part food the kebab was not in the delivery had to wait for anothrr 30 minutes for that to be delivered the bolonaise chips and pizza I had to reheat as stone cold sorry but won't use them again very disappointing

Ordered a takeaway from here and they forgot half of my order, rang up the next day as when I tried to call them they were now shut. Called again the next day and they said they would drop the missing items off which I got charged for and it’s been 4 hours and they still haven’t came and the shop is now closed! Very annoyed

Ordered from here a few times, the food has always been fresh, hot and a really big portion for the cost, It's always really quick delivery too which definitely helps!

Got a chicken and Donna kebab last week with salad, chips and dips. The chicken was so tasty and my partner said the Donna meat was brilliant. Salad was gorgeous and the dips were so nice. I've just ordered the same again tonight

Ordered 2 burgers online, waited 1 hour 25 mins for delivery, called shop and was told they were waiting for a driver to bring my order, food must have sat for a while, when it was delivered it was stone cold, absolutely rank! Chips were like rubber off standing for so long… showed the driver and he agreed it was freezing, sent it all back with driver, paid driver for delivery anyways, so £5 down and still no food ! We had been calling in for collections a few times lately but this has put us off now

Awesome food. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry. The whole meal was packaged well. Still hot 30 mins after collection. Will be going back for sure.

Well what can a say about Big Ques pizza box for £15 got handful kebab meat and tika meat in tiny trays, really disappointed, the food quality was good and extra I paid for nann bread was lovely but chips soggy delivery time good.

Ok food, ordered online for delivery but was given a late delivery time so phoned and asked if ok to collect - was told no problem and they would refund the difference in money. That was 2nd February and despite at least 20 phone calls, emails, messages and actually calling to the place nothing! Won't return any phone calls or reply to messages.Abysmal customer service for the sake of a few pounds...
