I contacted Shona during a phase of prolonged anxiety and low mood. We met for a review, and started a mindfulness course. 8 Weeks of guided meditations, and useful tips and tricks to help in possible scenarios. During the sessions, I really started to feel my outlook shift, my mood lifted. I have gained very useful strategies for life, and a good friend in Shona!Cannot recommend enough. Not only is Shona a great guide for emotional support, but is also able to back it up with nutritional and fitness advice, so a complete package for mental and physical health.
