Enjoyed a very good Singapore Vermicelli for £5.70. It was quiet around 745 and only waited 10 minutes.Will definitely be calling again

Food is always consistent in quality and have always had a good take away meal of very good taste and portion size.The only gripe is that on a few occasions the woman behind the counter comes across quite sharp and rude. As it is minor and maybe she is unaware that she comes across the way she does but food is good enough to be able to put up with that anyway. Lol

I have used Chester House for some time now. The food is always very tasty. The staff are also very friendly and greet me, by name, each time I visit.It's a shame that I can only give five stars.

I had king prawn chow mein, usually you get a few prawns n loads of noodles, at Chester house I had loads of king prawns that were delicious. I've never had a bad meal from here. Always piping hot, tasty and excellent value for money. I highly recommend this Chinese takeaway

Tonight visited for a takeaway and again they have got our order wrong and this is actually repeating the order to them face-to-face . Wanted sweet and sour king prawn got sweet and sour pork. Very disappointed as twice they have got it wrong. Never again.

I have been ordering from Chester house for the last 6 years but the last 5/6 times I've ordered I've been told 45-60 minutes. And it's taken between 2&3 hrs. So delivery time is poor.I'll be taken my custom elsewhere from now on.

Been using this chinese for years, ordered tonight as i always do same dish, to be told that reason food too spicy is the way its cooked, get that no issue, but why it diff all of a sudden, i use you guys as my son has a tummy issue always done me a mild curry.. tonight was spicy, when i called to complain was told the owner will call me back, although i said, as you asked if i still had food which i have.. you said cant help, and now my son is ill.. also said that its same chef.. ?? Well i recorded whole conversation, and will have medical on my son. Was also told cant have refund although within my consumer rights, discusted and annoyed !!! After being a valued customer for over 15 yrs unreal !!!!
