A little beauty of a wool shop! Packed to the rafters with wool and yarns including hand dyed locally, mixed fibres and top brands. Always well stocked with needles, hooks, patterns and all your knitting and crochet needs. The ladies in the shop are so friendly and helpful. Truly a special shop to indulge your squishy wool adventures.

Lovely little shop and even though she didn't have what I wanted the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back for my sewing supplies.

Lovely selection of yarns, very helpful staff

This has got to be my most favourite shop in the world! Beautiful yarns, needles, threads everything you need to fall into knitting heaven. It’s great to see local wool and handmade needles being stocked. Super glad it’s been kept open and it was a pleasure to visit even though it’s over an hours drive from where I live. Planning another trip in a few months time with some possible pre ordering involved. The owner was super helpful and to learn more about the shops history made my day and so comfortable I would happily contact her for all my knitting needs. They stock a huge range of circular needle sizes that many places don’t , so if you need knit pro needles this is the place to go. 5 stars don’t do it justice, I have tried wool shops all over Kent and this is by far the best one.

A real gem of a shop and part of Folkestone history. It’s been run by an old lady called Eileen for years — she’s so lovely and even knitted me a scarf! She’s still working there but it’s recently been taken over by new ownership who have given the place a much-needed makeover while keeping its charm.

Lovely little gem of a shop,friendly staff and always up for a chat. How going shopping used to be. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This is a small shop tucked away in Church Street and in need of an update. However I enjoy going there because I am always warmly welcomed by the most lovely lady, Eileen, who is always eager to help me. You might not always find what you need but you can always ask for advice in how to sort out your problem or project.This shop has now been updated and everything is beautifully displayed and presented. It is managed by a lovely young lady who is always eager to help. I love the quirky notice board displays which brings a smile to my face.There are so many items to choose from and one can get great ideas for knitting projects. Well worth a visit.
