We're so happy dropping Minnie off for day care each week, but not as happy as she is! It's definitely the highlight of her week and has socialised her so well with other dogs. Natalia sends us photos and videos during the day and in the evening we have one tired puppy! It's clear to see Natalia is great with all sizes of dogs and Minnie absolutely loves her. She also loves her overnight stays and settles as if she was at home. Definitely recommend

Natalia is not only knowledgeable and professional but has a true affinity with the dogs in her care. Tilly is happy and contented when she has a holiday with Natalia and we are happy and contented to go away leaving her in safe loving hands.

Our 2 year old saluki cross has just come back from a 3 week holiday with Natalia and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care and love that Natalia provides! Natalia is so knowledgeable and professional, and clearly loves all the dogs in her care.We’ve used Natalia for random daycare and the odd weekend before this and every time Natalia keeps us up to date with how the stay is going. As soon as we pull into the road Luna recognises where she is and is excited to get inside and see Natalia.

Fantastic care for my nervous dog! I highly recommend Basil’s Doggie Daycare to anyone looking for daycare and boarding- I have used both of these services. Natalia is so knowledgeable and excellent with dogs, I know my dog will always receive the best care with her, she has so much fun and gets lots of attention. My dog has just spent over a week boarding here while I was away, she has come home happy and relaxed. I received daily updates, photos and videos of all the fun and had no concerns or worries at all.

Butterfly had an amazing weeks stay. Trip to the beach, canal walks, Natalia is very caring and thoughtful to the dogs’ needs. Was sent pics and given updates too. ‘Fly is a very nervous dog. Natalia was extremely supportive in getting her used to the dogs she might encounter during her stay. A very professional service in all aspects. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience of day and overnight home boarding care for our lively sprocker spaniel ‘Woody’. Woody has stayed with Natalia and Basil every year for the last 5 years (except during Covid) for our annual 2 week holiday and has also stayed numerous weeks, weekends or odd days. He is always very well looked after, well-walked and Natalia even cooked dog biscuits for him during his stay on his Birthday. Really appreciate all the personal photos and videos Natalia sends during his stay with reassurance that he is having a great stay! Highly recommend

Our 1 year old Pomsky Maki has been going to Natalia at Basil's Doggie Daycare two days a week for around 1 month now, and he is absolutely loving it! He comes back exhausted from all the walks and play time, and is always super excited when we drop him off in the morning which is very reassuring. Before taking him on, we met for a walk and had a trial day, so that Natalia could be sure there was a good fit (for us, her, but also to ensure he was ok with the other dogs, and vice versa). Natalia has been brilliant in helping with his off-lead training and recall, and uses a GPS tracker on him for extra precaution (not that it's been necessary, but for my peace of mind as Maki is quite a stubborn breed and likes to say hello to any dog in sight!) She also sends us videos every day so we can see what he's been up to. All in all, we are very happy with the service so far and would highly recommend.

Natalia looked after our dog Winnie once a week for a few months and we've been incredibly pleased with everything! Winnie is a Romanian rescue dog so she is very nervous of new people, so it was important to us that someone who understood rescues looked after her. Natalia was great with Winnie and now she gets very excited when I drop her off, before she was terrified. We appreciate Natalia looking after Winnie so well, it's help improve Winnie's feelings towards new people and it also helped with her tendency to guard things like food. I completely trust Natalia with Winnie and would recommend her to anyone!

Natalia looks after our little dog Ella during the day. She is brilliant. Ella can’t wait to get there, facilities are immaculate and Natalia is wonderful with the dogs. They have adventures every day and it really couldn’t be better!Thank you!
