The best customer experience I've had in a long while. Expertly worked out the size I needed from my dodgy measure. Fantastic deal on underlay too. Will definitely return and couldn't recommend highly enough.

If your looking for carpets or flooring then try here the lady in the Kilmarnock shop was so so helpful after we went there first we went to other carpets shops for a look not only was carpet way best priced for carpets and flooring it was the help that she give us that really made the difference even if we could have got something cheaper we would have went back to carpet way just for the service excellent if we could give more star we would definitely be back

Excellent customer service from Mark. He was very helpful, friendly and made sure we got the best product too. He even went the extra mile as after picking a carpet and flooring he delivered it to our house as our car is a small car. Not to menion by far the best price. Would highly recommend.

After a remodel of the house, we went looking for carpets. Carpetways had only recently opened in Kilmarnock and after browsing the local retailers, we ended up there. Purchased carpet and underlay from them and had one of their recommend fitters to do the job. Great deal on our first visit and the carpets were well fitted. Wood/laminate flooring and cushion floor also available but so far we've only purchased carpet/underlay so far.Carpetways had a great selection to choose from with prices to suit whatever you want to spend. We've been back a few times since and we now have most of the house and the summer house done with carpets from Carpetways.

Can’t thank carpetways Kilmarnock enough for making our house feel like home again in time for Christmas! Visited a few places before stumbling across here and I’m so happy that we did. We were served by a welcoming and very helpful gentlemen who got our flooring fitted for us within a week, after been told by numerous places we couldn’t get it fitted until after Christmas. The flooring was the nicest that I had seen - I found one straight away that I loved, the customer service was fantastic, and the price was significantly cheaper than every other shop and actually half the price of one of the other shops we had visited before! The fitters were great and very helpful too. Thanks for the amazing, and quick service. Would highly recommend!
