Terrible place, went into the Poole Hall one on a Sunday morning, I'd seen a reconditioned range cooker and we'd agreed on the price. The range cooker was supposed to be supplied and fitted on the Monday morning, when it hadn't turned up and I didn't receive a call I phoned them up to see wat was going on, I was told the door had been damaged and would need changed,they had a spare door that they could replace it with and since it was there fault they'd deliver it on the Tuesday early morning for when I finished work at between 5 and 6 am,I thought this was great service, little did I know that they had lied to me, didn't even bother contacting me and didn't turn up with the cooker, totally let down by this company, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, stay away from them people x

Bought a washer/dryer to be delivered on Friday and I forgot about bank holiday Monday and was wondering why it wasn't delivered but Port Appliances got in touch with me the next day and I had it here by that afternoon.Delivery men were nice and the washer has been working great and it was an amazing price.Will be buying again in the future.Thanks!

So very happy with my bargain washing machine purchase!Was absolutely gutted when my new at purchase 4 yr old machine went down. Its the era of the cost of the living crisis and we are a low income working family who seriously cannot do without a machine.So if I wanted to like for like replace my broken machine it would've been £250 +£30 delivery (7days) and then the hassle of removing the broken appliance.....for £145 I got a 12 month guarantee on a far more energy efficient machine, delivered, installed and tested the day after order placed by fantastic guys.I have done half a dozen washes now and just could not be happier.Thank you so much!!!!

Just purchased this today from Andy at Port Appliances. Awesome service, they even took my old oven, great price.Andy and the team were very helpful, they pointed me in the direction of the right oven for me and even loaded it into the car for me.I'll definitely be going there in the future for any of my appliances.. they have a pretty damn good range of fridges and washing machines, brand new or refurbished.. even the brand new products are cheaper than if you went to buy them for the big companies.Thanks a lot Andy, you sorted me out.
