Very professional fitters - Luke and Kurt, together with Gas Safe engineer Keith and his assistant Steve had our old fire out, the back of the wall drilled out (modern safety standards) in order to deepen the depth of recess and my new fireplace and fire all completed by early afternoon. They fully insulated the gaps between the wall and the fire surround as part of the safety requirement and supplied a carbon monoxide detector. Luke's experience and attention to detail is superb and enormous care was taken with the installation of our sizeable and very weighty limestone fire surround (5 ft wide x 4'3 tall). A really excellent customer experience from first choice fire service. From the very helpful lady who answered my phone call to the stove service and chimney sweeping from the most efficient and friendly Luke, we were so impressed and will definitely book them again for next year’s service and highly recommend them to others. Luke arrived within the allotted timeframe, was very respectful of our property and left everything super clean and tidy. Thank you very much.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! I visited many shops but none provided the service or expertise that first choice fire services did. From speaking with Sam to having the inspection done by Keith, to having the installation of a woodburner, chimney lining and beam fitted was less than 1 week. Cannot fault them and I will no doubt continue to use them for servicing and sweeps moving forward. Very competitive pricing too. Thanks for all your teams efforts.

What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with First Choice Fire Services who supplied and fitted a log burner into our open fireplace.From Sam in the office who is so friendly and full of information, to Keith who visited to assess my requirements, and Luke who installed the log burner and gave some tuition afterwards on how to use it.Everyone was punctual and friendly including Simon who operated the cherry picker to get to the chimney where he dropped the liner and capped it off.Luke was very careful to protect our furnishings and did a thorough clean up afterwards.In addition to the above, everyone delivered on what they said they would, and to the timescales given.I can see why they earn their good reviews.I’m so glad I went with First Choice and would definitely recommend them.Thank you

First Choice Fire ServiceWe are very happy with our choice. The Installation technicians were brilliant and very clean. I was a bit dubious at first because the company did not have a showroom, but they were very helpful and Sam (the lady in the office) was extremely patient and helpful with us as we changed our mind several times. In the end we went for the Stovax Vogue Midi as we liked the large fire window.
