I am a very nervous patient, I have passed out with fear at the dentist previously and have carried this fear for 20 years. I had treatment today with Dr Clare Lovett and she was so calm and kind, I know I won’t be scared to visit in the future. Thank you!

The lady at the reception always speak rude no polite at all. Everytime I call she answered and upset. I don't understand how a person on the reception behave like this. Very bad customer service

I have using their service for the last 5 years or so... Can you please introduce an online appointment booking service? It is frustrating that I cannot get through to anyone on the phone to book an appointment.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks the receptionist is terrible. Unfriendly. Uncaring. Brings the whole place down.The dental staff are great, just need to retrain that receptionist in customer service.

My old dentists. The quality of dental care - fantastic. The mardy one on the desk however drags the place down. Easily the most rude and dismissive receptionist I've ever dealt with which is quite the feat

Hill Avenue Dental Practice
People complaining about the receptionist is something I don't understand. She's been helpful and polite to me in person as well as on the phone. Dr Kakat is a lovely lady who makes me feel less stressed when visiting the dental practice and her assistant is equally nice. Would definitely recommend!

All staff were really nice and professional. Not sure what the comments are on about with the receptionist. Receptionist was very nice, polite, patient and understanding with me. She helped me feel less nervous about my appointment before I had it and also checked with me how it went after I had finished.

Dr Kakad and her team are absolutely fantastic. Within minutes she was able to make me forget my fears. She is professional, friendly and extremely skilled. She was also able to gain my children’s trust immediately building a great rapport with them, being both gentle and efficient. Her experience shines through.Victoria, the practice’s hygienist is also exceptional in what she does and I am very pleased with my sessions with her.The practice is spotless and modern.I would highly recommend this Hill Avenue Dental Practice.
