the old (like 40) large bouncer is a nonce, he tried chatting up some of my mates who just turned 18 and started messaging them on facebook and asking if they would go for an older guy (finding their facebook profile from their first name when people would call their name in the pub!!)

We live locally and pop in here occasionally with family and friends. The prices of both alcoholic and soft drinks are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and this reflects in the nice atmosphere there. If we've visited on a Saturday evening, there's always been decent live music. The only negative aspect is that the women's toilets always seem to have at least one cubicle not working and the tap on the right-hand side sink as you face the mirror never seems to work. If you sit by the front door/windows, there's a lovely view of the beach and Bridgwater Bay.

Recently refurbished pub, probably cheapest and best beer in Burnham. Beer garden at the rear or sit out the front if you want.Food will be available in the near future. Big screen for sports events, regular karaoke and other live entertainment. Pool table and darts. Dog friendly.

After my husband and I were assaulted in the beer garden by a drunk customer who had arrived from their other pub and then US being told not to return I wouldn't recommend to anyone! They will allow anyone in here including people who are clearly off their heads on drugs with young children... its not about the customer here, just the money.In response when have we been in since? I told you in a message we wouldn't be using either of your pubs again and we haven't. In fact we havent been into burnham at all for the past 2 months! I still have the messages of your response when I told you it happened if you would like those public too? And a 3 month ban for an unprovoked assault on someone unknown to the attacker... Even the police were disgusted by the cctv amd the way you handled the situation. pathetic. And this isn't the only review mentioning druggies in your pub either is it... I've seen it for myself on a karaoke night as have many others! And what has me being an 'angel' or not have to do with anything? We were attacked in your pub for no reason and you immediately tried to blame me until you saw it for yourself and for what reason? Not the 1st time that family has started on me in 1 of your pubs either is it and you did nothing the last time either! And we weren't asked to leave at all, we left from the beer garden because my husband was being repeatedly punched in the head and I was thrown into a brick wall! All the while shouting and screaming out there but where were your staff to stop it... absolutely appalling!!

What a lovely pub, beautiful restored. Can’t wait for the kitchen to be finished. They serve vodka slush puppies and yummy rolls
