Limited stock and items as its mainly a pick up chemist. Even with the amount of staff service can be very slow. 30 mins with 2 in front getting served to get a script especially when text recieved to say its ready.Good covid system in place though with slow service and 2 max in shop at any time, standing outside in winter wont be good for elderly folk.

They are to interested in dispensing prescription that are to be collected a a later date. Instead of looking after customers who are waiting. Some times they are all up in the dispensary talking and no one on the counter. I have walked out a few times not very satisfied

Plain and straight forward, the Pharmaceutical staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention its one of the only places available to fill a prescription on a Sunday.

I have just been in this chemist and was served by possibly the rudest girl I have ever experienced. There are lots of chemists in Portadown, I suggest you do not use this one!!!!! I will be lodging a formal complaint with Boots.

I went into Boots and one of the staff shouted at me get out of the shop . Becaues they only allow 2 in at a time because of covid 19 .they are rude unfriend unkind behavior towards me
