Sellers be warn, take your own pictures. Southgate “lost” our items and they had the audacity to charge for sale. No apology, no offer of compensation just take it or leave it attitude. After some arguments, grudgingly they gave us half of their lower estimate. There are cameras everywhere and they could not tell us what happened to our items? Simply whole set up shabby and staff is unprofessional.

... Can I leave minus zero stars?This place deserves it.Most unpleasant, unhelpful place I've been to in a very long time. A special mention to the atrocious nasty woman in 'reception. At her age she should have some idea how to behave towards customers ... but perhaps she completed a course in unprofessionalism ......A totally negative experience and waste of a day!

Absolutely awful. Might be good for a buyers but selling they seriously under value items and take exorbitant commission. 1 item sold got a 10th of its previous estimate and by the time costs deducted wasn't left with much. Avoid
