Incompetent unprofessional man. Doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect and deliver proper customer service. Has an issue not knowing how to stick on Yodel labels after he prints them off. Clearly it doesn’t take much effort to stick the customers label on straight and neatly. But apparently he only has 2 seconds, yet doesn’t allow customer to stick on their own label. Then refuses to serve customer and lies saying system is down. Yet somehow magically the system is up and running again when police are called to the store. This man has major ego issues

Worst parcelshop ever used. Very rude owner.I've had several bad experiences with them.They lie their system is down, theybtry not to accept recognised ID, refuse package return for stupid reasons.Don't use them or you'll regret it.

The place to go for Digital printing, photo prints. They also print on canvas.If you need to use a computer they have that facility. Helpful owner.

Please dont have your deliveries made to this shop as the owner has quite possibly the worst customer service manner possible. Very ill mannered and a rather angry man in general. I went to collect a parcel which had 2 items delivered. He only gave 1 and refused to even look for the other even though I showed him prooof of delivery from Amazon. I can only summarise that he nicked it himself. Horrible little man and was abusive in his manner and behaviour. I had to call Amazon for a refund and they will investigate further. What a horrible experience. People like him should not have a shop for customer service...prison officer maybe or a butcher suits him.

A really great shop for pictures and anything else related to that. Passport pictures? They do that. Digital pictures? Yes. Large poster size pictures, picture mugs, picture frames? Yes, yes and yes. Plus, great service and a very nice gentleman behind the counter. Highly recommended.

I saw the video of the owner of the shop being absolutely vile and disgusting towards my friends just because he didn’t want to stick on the label properly! Yodel customers avoid at all costs!
