Got recovered to scania Northampton Excellent service from Reception very welcoming showed me where everything was from free tea and coffee to toilets and shower, technicians very respectful to my cab ie seat cover floor mats and steering wheel cover. Plenty of merchandise on sale it waiting room and main reception area. The manger Rob came in and made sure i was ok slept well and made sure I was feed and watered and gave me a update on progress top service all round

Rang up with an Adblue Fault. Arrived and within 5 minutes Technician Will was straight on it. Very helpful and knowledgeable bloke. Found the issue and fixed it within 20 minutes and I was back on the road! Great Depo and great fitter!

I use Truckeast on a regular basis for Service, Inspections and repairs. I always receive fantastic service from their excellent and helpful staff who always try their upmost to help, especially Charlotte on the front desk, Foreman Bryan in the workshop and depot manager Robert who always has a watchful eye on proceedings and is always available, but thanks to all of team for your help over several years, I can always you rely on you all who have dug me out of the mire more times than I can remember !!.

Truck East brackmills have kept my 5 lorries on the road for 2 years solid now with a 100% MOT pass rate with my vehicles and with minimum time off the road even when a break down has occurred, all the workshop staff and office staff go above and beyond and understand todays high maintenance expectations that means your vehicles need to be in top condition not just once a year but week in week out and they also understand the importance of making sure your fleet is available for the road.Highly recommend for reliability, honesty and flexibility from M F Quinn limited
