Southern Fires

Had our fire and surround fitted yesterday and it looks fantastic.Bigger job than we thought but Geoff sorted it out with no problem.We have a new build so no fireplace in it. This changes the whole feel of the lounge and it feels great. Thank you to Andy,Dean and Geoff

Southern Fires were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Dean in particular was knowledgable, courteous, prompt and kept us informed at every stage. I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole Southern Fires team have been great from start to finish. Advised on the best size stove for the room it was going in and gave us lots of options for the hearth, stove and beams etc. There was no pressure selling or trying to upsell, they were very concious on what was right for us and gave us time to think through the decision. The fitting team were great, got the job done in good time and to a very high standard, overcoming a few hurdles an old house can throw at you with with ease and explaining what was being done throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a fire installed and i will definitely be using them again in the future.

From start to finish Dean and his team were fantastic. Their customer service, quality of their work, tidiness and respect for our property was 10/10. The lovely Holly installed the fire. She was a hardworking young lady and an obvious perfectionist and it was a pleasure to have her in our home. Believe me we are a fussy pair but we are so pleased with the finished job and honestly can't fault this company.Dean was a delight to deal with and talk to. The vision, experience and expertise from start to finish from Dean, Jeff and the rest of the team at Southern Fires was absolutely brilliant. I am loving the log burner and warmth it brings to my living room. I have gone from a dark and dingy room with the most oppressive fireplace and gas fire (1st photo) to one that is light, warm and inviting with an amazing dual fuel burner that keeps us toasty warm. Absolutely perfect thank you :)
