Absorlute joke of a surgery turn up to appointments and there's 1 doctor in numerous people waiting hour behind receptionists can't be bothered to tell you go to a different surgery or even belmont!

The management of this place is an absolute shambles. Turned up for an appointment at 8.30. Screen broken, everyone being bombarded by calls. So sat patiently, until 20 mins later they ask me if I've 'booked in' l, to find out I had been marked as did not attend.I was there, if the nurse had bothered to travel the 3 meters from their chair to the waiting room, I was there.

The worst GP surgery I've encountered (specifically the Sherburn branch, Belmont was better). Never got the same doctor twice, so impossible to build a rapport. Multiple times I've been desperate for help and they won't see me, just give a patronising phone call. Say they'll contact you by a certain time and then don't. Online forms force you to go into excruciating detail just for them to make you repeat everything on the phone call. The straw that broke the camels back was giving an appointment for my daughter's vaccination and when we arrived being told we'd missed it and the nurse had gone home for the day, despite the fact that we came exactly when told to and even had a text proof. No apology either and we had to sort it out with a third party! Utterly useless. We have moved to a further away surgery as we'd rather travel further than return here!

They didn't have any full time GPs for a while, and just used locums, but are much improved now. The on line form is handy and they respond very efficiently to that.

Terrible system. Rang at 8.15 to make an appointment, by the time I got through two answer phone messages and waited in a que there were no appointments left.

I am delighted with the recent support given for symptoms experiencing during lockdown. They have exhausted tests and the current nurse practioner Jill explained all reasoning/results, even from past tests. This has never been done for me in referals over last 20 years.... I delighted
