Unreliable and unprofessional. Kim let me down literally at the last minute as she was coming to measure up my windows, on the basis that she could not park outside my house in Worthing. She told me that they don't take on jobs where they cannot park outside the house. She was huffing, puffing & was completely unapologetic as she was driving about in my vicinity. It was a seriously lame excuse for not wanting to walk 2 minutes. In 30yrs of using various trades, this is a first. I suggest that people should trust their instincts at first contact, I wish I had.

Our house required extensive buildings works after a fire, when the build was nearing the end we called The Blind Lady out, she talked us over all the options and showed us samples and measured up to quote.The day before we moved back she came out and fitted all the blinds, so the day we moved back home it was one less thing to worry about.We absolutely love our blinds, great friendly service and well priced.Would highly recommend The Blind Lady to anyone considering having blinds fitted.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered some shutters just before Christmas and had excellent service from the initial visit to measure up to the actual fitting. We were really impressed, very professional and friendly and our shutters are beautiful .
