Popin here today. Guy and girl advised me what trainers I needed as I hurt my foot and needed some which did hurt. Nice to know shop assistants have time instead of fobbing you off just get a sale. Thank you.

It’s a sports shop but they do not stock variety of sports goods. One has to look somewhere else for some sports products. However, it’s small and beautiful outlet.The female staff on the floor was not knowledgeable but the one on the till was. Nevertheless great friendly staff.

Love their show collection and the price is a bargainWould really appreciate it, if they had a bit more better service during sales.In their last sale, I had to wait for an hour for someone to come and tell me that the shoe that I had asked them to get is now sold out.

I went in here twice and found the staff to be unpleasant...aside from the girl who was in the fitting room. I would not recommend shopping here.I asked for a pair of shoes and she was barely passable as friendly as she told me to turn the shoes over. I saw the shoes come up on the screen but she didn't get them. I waited and had enough. I would have asked for them but this was my second experience in the store where I found them to be unpleasant and unhelpful...and really had no desire to spend any more money there. And no...she wasn't busy with someone else. She had maybe one other customer.

Staff are useless as usual. Ordered click & collect, 2 days later still no update, called store and they claimed they checked stock room but not delivered. I was then told from head customer service it was meant to be picked / packed from store. So had to call back store, then was told no stock. Like i said, useless.

The girl at the front was very friendly and helpful welcoming me into the store and hearing the situation but eventually when I spoke to the manager she was very rude and unpleasant,I bought a pair of trainers on the sale stand but got charged full price for them. I only noticed on my bank statement so when I returned to the store to tell them the manager said there was no way to prove they were on sale so I told her the exact time and date ( which was only 2 weeks previously,) she said the cameras would not go back that far, which I have later learned is a complete lie after phoning customer services, I hope the manager in this store is spoken to about her attitude towards customers, she is very stone faced and rude, a shame as the other staff members were very friendly and polite.
