I honestly DON’T understand how anyone, can have a single bad word to say about the staff at my doctors surgery. They ALL go above and beyond. I’ve been poorly for a good while now, the receptionists are amazing and will always give advice, a quick appointment or get doctor to call back ASAP. Dr Lal is absolutely a one in a million. He’ll do anything he can, to make sure you get the right help. I couldn’t be more grateful to him. The two nurses at the practice are fantastic, kind, caring and efficient. Anyone who doesn’t want to be at this practice, is missing out on the best care you could possibly receive. P.s The manager of the practise is a star also, works so hard, will do anything she can to help you.

Rude people at reception, my wife approached them after hearing the good reviews about the care, but was highly disappointed when the people at the reception spoke in a condescending tone.

Receptionist straight to point. When I came back with serious stomach pain she got me see the doctor straight away. Then the doctor sent me to hospital without having to wait and continued to follow my progress as they cared how I was doing. Been family doctors for years very efficient and caring both receptionist and doctor.

I disagree with the previous criticism saying the staff are rude. I have always, over the last 15 years, found them to be polite and efficient.The doctor does not rush and neither fo the nurses. All in all, I owe a great deal to them all and hope this surgery continues for many more years to come.

I can always get an appointment when I need one.I have had an excellent service over 27 years. I have been helped and supported though giving up smoking/alcohol/ drugs , domestic abuse, neighbour disputes. I am very gratefull to the receptionists and doctor who are all lovely and do their jobs very well.

Would give 0 if possible. I have moved into the area and try to register, however the receptionists was adament i should be able to stay at my current gp, who had i spoken to two days before who had shown the map of their catchment area which shows my new road isnt in it. Absolutely shocking customer service, two of them basically argued with me. I will not be registering at this practice, and i would advise all patients to avoid based on the receptionists attitude

Very very good GP practice. I can always get through on the phones with minimum wait time. Hardly any wait time to see a gp or nurse. My health issues looked into a dealt with in good time. Absolutely fantastic. So pleased with this service

I can’t actually believe how rude the male receptionist was when I attempted to register with the surgery. I was made to feel like a complete inconvenience. He stood up, sighed loudly and slammed his hands on the table when when I came into the surgery to register. He then told me he was not being rude when I asked him why he felt he needed to act in that manner. What an utter embarrassment and disgrace to the NHS.
