Sent wrong item ,asked for refund was sworn at verbally abused kept quoting 30policy which doesn’t apply to items not as discribed or wrong part make sure you use PayPal they will get your money back when things go wrong because with this company they will!

Brought a caravan window, that didn’t fit my van, and when I politely asked to return, received verbal abuse from the owner, a very rude and unprofessional company avoid, use them at your own peril, as when things go wrong the after sales care is non existent...

Asked on EBay if they would kindly post item and was willing to pay for postage. You would think that In today’s current circumstances with Covid and business struggling you would have thought they would post an item. I had an abrupt rude reply back. I’m happy to spend my good hard earned cash elsewhere. What a poor way to run a business. I’m surprised your still trading! I’ve worked in retail for 40 yrs and customers are what pays your wages, without customers you wouldn’t have a business. Oh and by the way it wouldn’t let me leave you less than one star

Made two enquiries on an ebay item, got rude and abusive reply late at night telling me to email again on a weekday even though I already a few days previous and got no reply. Strange way to run a business. Will steer clear. Emails work 24 hours. A business is not obliged to reply to emails out of hours (yet this bloke wrote at midnight and 2am to tell me effectively to get lost) had he answered the question which would have been quicker he would have made a sale!

AVOID:- I purchased an item on E bay from this company. Their after sales was non existent, they were rude and patronising, and they were unwilling to honor their returns policy. In addition, by some strange coincidence, i have since noticed negative feedback disappearing from their feedback status........ including mine.In response to your reply, you refused to accept a return on this item, saying look fella you are not getting a refund"

Just picked up a stove we got off eBay from them. It's new, clean and better than listing. Directions from eBay listing were incorrect as also the Google map address, However I have corrected Google now.
