Piazzo Lounge
Waited at least 15 minutes for our coffee so not a good start. When food finally arrived, again a long wait,most of it was barely warm and my husbands eggs were undercooked. As by this time our car park ticket was running out we didn't have time to complain or wait for replacement. We ate what was edible but it very disappointing p

Great food, I had a burger with almost every extra topping available which was delicious and went with a party of 6 of us in total, clean nice space right in the centre of Wimborne. If you go after 6:30 most parking is free in the area. Others had tapas (lots to choose from different pricing) and there was milkshakes as well as puddings, though the shake wasn't great for it's price. Service was really slow, not sure why as it wasn't that busy. I don't like the idea of adding a tip when ordering online through an app before the for arrives either.

We had a nice evening, Tapas Tuesday. The tapas was excellent and fantastic choice.Piazzo Lounge in Wimborne is decorated to a very high standard with an amazing atmosphere.The service was second to none, our waitress Shannon and the barman Jake need a mention as they were pleasant and helpful and good at their jobs...highly recommended Piazzo employees. A+This was our second visit and we will most definitely be back soon

Four of us were actually booked in to another restaurant over the road for a birthday meal last night. We were made to feel so unwelcome that we left after ten minutes despite the offer of half price Tapas.What a contrast when we walked in to the very busy lounge.We were acknowledged almost immediately and we were offered a free birthday drink at a bar table whilst they sorted us a table.I’ve been a Regional Manager for 30 years, so I know a bit about first impressions and customer service.These guys nailed it from minute one.Special thanks to Jack and Ethan for making us feel welcome, explaining how it worked, sorting a table and to Katie for the smiling table service.The food was good too especially the Tuesday Tapas deal.A great atmosphere and completely rescued the evening.Guess which one we’ll be going back to?

Came here for a birthday meal and on a Friday and got there about 1745 hrs, which was just before the rush of people that got there about 1800 hrs. Inside looked lovely and there were even some boardgames so play with my 5 year old, which she loved. The food was absolutely fantastic and we throughly enjoyed it. Little one had macaroni cheese and my wife and I had burgers with hallomi fries on the side (which were incredible!). I was drinking the cherry bakewell cocktails, where were phenomenal and for anyone that loves cherry is a must.For pudding we had the chocolate raspberry torte, which was also delicious!The only negative was they bought out little ones pudding before ours and she finished it when ours came out. Otherwise verry Impressed and absolutely loved it and we will definitely come back again.

First visit today and we'd only been there two minutes before we were literally told off because we hadn't waited to be seated. ( We honestly didn't see the sign when coming in) We were seated and ordered coffees using the ordering system on our phones. Not able to choose a size apart from regular but they came fairly quickly. Bit disappointed with my black coffee as it was slightly watery. Decided to order a sundae to share as we'd already eaten before our visit. Lovely lady asked if we were sharing and brought 2 spoons, which was thoughtful. A definite 9/10 for the sundae... gorgeous. Lovely atmosphere, great decor, and very clean. Negative point though... Waitresses with bare stomachs... not very tasteful, especially when serving you food. However, after our bad start, we enjoyed our afternoon there.

I just had lunch here. It wasn't very busy but I was still surprised by how quickly our food arrived. I ordered the Lounge eggs with spinach and mushroom, my friend had the Miami Brunch . It was delicious and piping hot. I also had a peppermint tea, it came in a pot and there was easily enough for me to have 2 cups. My friend's meal also looked delicious.

Lovely food, easy to order online or at the bar. Fast service even though they were busy. Great atmosphere and fun place to hang out with board games to enjoy if you choose.

Went here Saturday evening, first time and was very happy with everything. Atmosphere is great and love how it looks inside. Drinks were amazing and we had the churros which you so delicious! Will definitely go back for food and more drinks!
