The Range, Eastbourne

Vast expanse to be hunting down the things I was looking for. Asked a member of staff for help, he appeared to be guiding two other girls on things to do, but he was unsure as to where I would find the goods and sent me to opposite ends of the store by a wave of the hand. I came out with about three things out of ten. One, not great for the store to loose the sales, I'm sure of things they do sell and two, I'm disabled and it's a large store to be searching with little assistance. I would of asked someone different, if I could, but staff on sales floors are a rarer sight than hens teeth, it seems now x

Fantastic size store with a lot to offer, always make the most of the garden offers when on and use it for topping up the Halloween and Xmas decorations as a great deal to offer with great price. Got some new photo frames on last visit as find the ones on sale here are great for individual photo mess ups.

Pop in here for some Christmas placemats which I didn't get but did have an amazing amount of Christmas dec at a very good price spent a bit to much was really impressed

Good products when in stock, but I've lost count of the times we've seen a new in" item only to be told it's sold out (including on their website)! The other aspect is customer service

Very difficult to get around due to messy aisles filled with stock and fallen stock off shelves thats not been tidied up.I sometimes need a wheelchair and there's no way I'd get around this store in the Christmas period as everything would get caught on my chair .On arrival you'll be fully aware theres less parking due to this poorly managed store having stock stored outside all over the car park and inside in several aisles too, they have too much being delivered than their staff are stocking shelves with.Staff also croach down inside the trolley bay for a cigarette so thats what you're greeted with when getting a trolley (trolley -that you will hardly be able to get around the cluttered shop with ..)I actually think I'll no longer shop at this store again ,we've got a b&m now which sells similar items.This range store is an accident waiting to happen.I do think a manager should get in a wheelchair and go around the store and make note of how many times they have to stop and untrap themselves.

Very difficult to get round as stock blocked aisles and shelves where I might've wanted to look. Very rude (female) manager/supervisor who refused to give way and stepped back to block otherwise clear aisles to make customers double back whilst smirking. Love spending money at The Range, but not this one!

Great. A good range of cleaning products particularly Elbow Grease and Pink stuff. Cheaper than well known brands but really effective. Worth a try.

They seem to have a massive (excuse the pun) Range of goods.However I find it frustrating when aisles are blocked off simply because they are packed with boxes that need to put on the shelves. The car park is a disaster area. For the same reason. Palets stacked every where, covered with tarpaulins in the pouring rain. Quiet frequently stock is muddled on the shelves.Somebody needs to get their act togeather.
