Convenient location, parking, and super friendly staff all the way from receptionists to vets. It’s also easy to get through on the phone too! Only recently changed but really impressed so far

Got an appointment at short notice, for my mum's dog, which had a nasty abscess on his paw!They were very friendly on the phone, on arrival, the vets was clean and bright, the reception staff smiley and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.The vet, Chris was lovely, immediately identifying the problem and resolving it in a couple of minutes.Overall, a great experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient friendly vets.

After registering my 2 dogs over the weekend, we had our first consultation this morning with Chris. I must say I was extremely impressed with Rackheath Vets. We were made very welcome and everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.I'm very glad that I found out about this independent practice and it makes a very good alternative to all the large group Vet Practices. You are made to feel that you and your pets are important to them and not just a money tree.I would highly recommend Rackheath Vets to everyone with pets.

I can highly recommend this veterinary clinic. This is our first puppy - we have always had older rescue dogs. They checked her for a lump we found on her tummy and were able to tell us straight away that it was nothing sinister. They have amazing facilities and labs so you don’t have to wait. Molly likes going there and all the staff are friendly, reassuring and professional.

Excellent vets. Saw my dog for an emergency visit while I was visiting the area. They went above and beyond to check everything and look after him. He was very happy and settled there and all staff were reassuring and couldn't have been more helpful. Very many thanks.Also a beautiful clean brand new facility. 10/10

After finding a rather concerning lump on my 9 week old kitten I rang the vets, they were able to get me a same day appointment (10/07/2023) with a nurse and a vet on standby if needed. The nurse examined Suki after ensuring that she was relaxed and comfortable and decided the vet needed to see her. We went into Chris’s consultation room and after examining Suki Chris instantly realised that it was in fact her microchip that had moved and that there was no need for concern or worry. I was incredibly anxious over this appointment as someone who suffers with general anxiety, and the relief I felt after the consultation brought me to tears. All of the receptionists were incredibly understanding and kind and also reassured me that they would have done the same thing. Two of the receptionists also gave me a cuddle to calm me down. I’ve never been to such an amazing vets, where all members of the team were understanding, helpful, friendly and kind. I can’t recommend this vets enough, please don’t hesitate to sign your beloved pets up to this veterinary practice! They truly do care for their patients and their owners. Wasn’t registered but we were offered an appointment the same afternoon.Welcoming friendly team at reception and a large fresh modern waiting area.Shelagh took us through to her consulting room and listened to the description of the symptoms and then gave our cat a through, fast and distress free examination before suspecting a grass seed had made its way under the eyelid.Five minutes later, after local anaesthetic cream had taken effect, she was proved right and the offending seed was removed with no fuss.Excellent service by all involved.
