Very bad and rude staff.not happy with their behaviour.

I'm very happy, my daughter loves it! The staff are caring and very communicative with both the children and the parents.

I can only comment on the sign up process. Reserving a space costs a non refundable fee of £150 which according to their terms and conditions cover an admin fee. Unfortunately despite a number of emails to hq neither t&c nor emails have clarified this.It also seems like they favour for profit organisation parents to non for profit. For example I have friends who work for profit organisations where no registration fee was due. However they don’t extend this to typically lower income families such as in the NHS or civil service.Then call you asking you to give up your space so they banked your fee & can give your space to someone else well before the deadline of notification is due.Apparently you can move across to another nursery after paying the registration fee but the cost structure (within 2 miles radius) and availability of spaces of other branches differs widely. Again it seems the pricing structure is not transparent.Then found out via a friend about the rebranding due to a death case a few years back that left me rather questioning. Shame as there are some things that are very promising about this nursery, but the registration is not.

I just wanted to update my old review because I'm so impressed and appreciative of all the care Bright Horizons Chigwell but into caring for my son. They go above and beyond to help him feel supported and loved. Well done to the whole team!-----My son loves the nursery and I love the nursery staff they are so caring and attentive.

Fantastic nursery. My son has been extremely happy there from 10 months. Great space, multiple activity options and very caring staff

Amazing nursery that has high quality driven practitioners, who are caring, deliver exellent learning in a safe and secure environment. Parents are involved in every step of their child’s learning and development, so that they are confindent to place their trust to the nursery to care for their children throughout their time spent at this excellent place.

I can not say enough about how good this nursery is. My son started in January 2021, as a lockdown baby at just 14 months old, it was his first real social experience and wasn’t an easy transition for him from being home with mummy and daddy to going full time at nursery, but the nursery management, staff and especially my sons key worker made it so easy and where so supportive and helpful. Since then he has come on leaps and bounds and has developed and progressed so much and really loves going in. During this time I have seen endless improvement within the nursery and the child care they provide. The setting is superb and the team are truly outstanding… a gem in the Bright Horizons portfolio.

An awesome school, lovely staff and always on top of subjects and services :) been here for nearly 3 years. Highly recommend
