If I could give a negative star I would. I feel I need to advise the motorcycle community about this company as a safety concern.I had Mtec do a lot of work to my bike which was carried out by Mark. I’ll keep it simple,He changed my head bearings which were worn. Upon riding to the MOT test centre they came so loose that i was told this is highly dangerous and consequently did not pass. I took it back to Mark to fix, he tightened the bearings back up saying that it was now fixed, again after going back to the mot centre they became loose to the point steering was dangerous. I then rode to his house as he was not able to come to me. He looked at them and said nothing to remedy the problem. He said in disbelief my dinners ready I’m going inside. I had to take the bike to a professional who removed the bearings and fitted new.New shock fitted which was placed the wrong way round so no adjustment could be made. Fork seals and oil where replaced and again no adjustment on the left fork was possible, again it was taken to a real professional who dismantled the forks and told me some shims were missing and it was a poor job.Everything he did was faulty or incorrectly fitted. Avoid like the plague… seriously!Years on I’m still absolutely fuming at the fact a so called professional took my money and in return gave me a dangerous bike to ride. How he’s still in business is beyond me!

Mark travelled to me to the Isle of sheppey he was punctual very friendly and knew his stuff he stripped both my carbs and cleaned and rebuilt them on my yamaha virago with quality parts. He is truly one genuine mechanic (which are hard to come by) thank you Mark 5*

Call them if you want someone to look down their nose at you, called to ask about a Chinese pitbike, I appreciate they are not fantastic vehicles however I do not expect a business to say euw Chinese pitbike wouldn't work on one of those"Unprofessional
