Huge showroom with expert advice, it was a hard task to narrow down the choice but with Tricia’s help we found the right fire for us. Our order was placed quickly and delivery was faster than expected. Installation was smooth thanks to Fairway’s recommendation of fitters, who also accommodated our need to self isolate when our daughters nursery bubble had a positive case. Couldn’t fault the service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and use again when we fit a new fire in our lounge.

So happy with my electric stove. I bought one that was on display, which in all honesty was a bit of a pain for them to strip it away from the fireplace. I would like to thank Andy and Annette who couldn’t have been any more helpful and patient. Customer service is excellent and they have a lovely variety of fires and stoves. Prices are cheaper than elsewhere which is another bonus. It is definitely worth a visit, I am sure you will not be disappointed with this company.

Let down, hollow promises, no responseOne Saturday morning in March 2022. My wife and I called in to the Bromsgrove showroom to place an order for a replacement basket for our fireplace. We didn’t quibble on price and fully cooperated as it was a luxury purchase and non-urgent. Easiest sale going even though not a large order. We dealt with Alan Perry, his card says he a Director. We were booked in for the following Friday for a survey with a subcontractor. We got a call on the Thursday night from Alan to explain his subbie was going to overrun and could he rearrange the survey. I willingly agreed to help out, and Alan said he call the following week….. nothing! So I emailed him on 18th March to request he contact us to rearrange the survey and did he still want the business…. Nothing! Email sent again…. Nothing! You decide for yourself if this is good service? I’m pleased he can afford to turn down easy sales but he has no idea how many people have been told about how bad this service is. Perhaps he only values large orders?

Moved house so we went in search of a new fireplace to start the updating process. We found the staff friendly and helpful, and the showroom with many examples shown off, most of which were operational. We paid a little more than we had budgeted but have ended up with an artistic masterpiece which we are absolutely delighted with. The installer, Phil Donnelly, was a true craftsman, and gentleman. The whole experience was very pleasant. The only off putting point was that we ultimately paid for the item fully prior to any installation taking place, which normally would make us uncomfortable and probably walk away. However in this instance we trusted the concensus of other reviews, and as a result now have a beautiful fireplace focus in our lounge which will last our lifetime. Thank you Fairways Fireplaces.

Really pleased with my gas stove , plenty to choose from in the shop, staff helpful , fitted on time by qualified gas fitter over two days who left everything clean and tidy ,two photos ,a before on left and my new stove on the right

We are in the process of having an extension built at home and had chosen a British Fire New Forest 870 to build in to a media wall. We drove up to see Fairways on a free afternoon to see we could get get a bit of a deal and order the fire. We entered the showroom and one person acknowledged us with a hello and then we were left to wander around and left to our own devices. We spend quite a time looking at the build in British fires before finally realising that no one was going to come and see if they could help us and made a move to the door. Still no one cared that we had left. Won't be buying a fire from them. Doesn't seem they have heard of customer service.

Had to change from gas to election fire. Excellent advice from Alan in showroom. Their Gas engineer disconnected old fire and their electrician had to drill over 18 inches through a stone fireplace. He was excellent. Any mess was thoroughly cleared up and apart from a few inches of new plaster to paint you wouldn’t know any work had been carried out. Highly recommend this company.

Lovely open showroom with a huge amount of fires and surrounds on offer and many functioning to show exactly how they would look while on, all managed around the covid restrictions of the time. We were wanting to put a gas fireplace back in that had been boarded up by the previous owners and they very patiently took us through everything we needed to do before we could get a fire installed. Once ordered they were in touch when they promised to arrange installation and the chap who came to do the install as a sub contractor was really pleasant and very happily answered all my questions. We would very much recommend them!

Would highly recommend to friends and family. Helped us pick our perfect fireplace and managed to fit us in before Christmas. Staff are polite and knowledgeable. The fitter was also remarkable. He worked so hard turned up every day even staying late to make sure the job was finished on time, cannot praise him enough!

From choosing and wanting one fireplace and a different fire no problem to fitting excellent service no damage to my wallpaper etc attention to detail in every way could not fault their service highly recommend and I love my new fireplace
