We had James booked for our wedding originally in March 2020, our wedding was cancelled 3 days before due to covid and we have had 3 dates since and every one of them cancelled. We finally got married in October 2021 and throughout all this James has been brilliant, doing what ever he could to make it as easy as possible to sort out our wedding and been so understanding with all the date changes. On the wedding day James was brillian, neither me or my wife particularly like having our picture taken but he was excellent at making us feel relaxed and helping us through our day. All our guests commented on how amazing James was. We recently received our pictures and we were both blown away with the quality of them. We really couldn't recommend James enough and can guarantee anyone that uses him won't be disappointed, not only is he a top photographer he is genuinely one of the nicest guys we have ever met.

James was very professional from start to finish and really Made our wedding day special. The photos are absolutely beautiful. He made us and all the guests feel at ease and nothing was to much for him he really did do an amazing job we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. We would highly recommend James as the build up to the day was very stressful as you can imagine, he kept us informed with everything that he would be doing from start to finish and we couldn’t thank him enough.

James was great both prior to our wedding day and on the initial wood walk to get to know us. We left everything to James and he delivered the best photos He’s incredibly experienced, reasonably priced and delivered exactly what we wanted from the wedding day. He went above and beyond for us. I have had the pleasure of attending a couple of weddings that James has photographed.He is extremely professional at all times; he ensures his clients are at ease throughout the day.I have seen how much effort he puts into his work, making sure he gets the right position and perfect light for every shot.I have seen the wedding photos and it’s safe to say that his work is outstanding.The only negative comment I have to say is I wish that James had shot my wedding, his final wedding album is much more beautiful than what we ended up with.

I cannot recommend James enough. He has been an absolute dream to work with. As soon as we booked James we had regular correspondence and he made us feel very at ease with everything. The pre engagement shoot was such good fun and got us warmed up in preparation for the big day. On the day James was amazing, very calm and just got on with things, snapping away in the background but also directing for the more formal shots. We are delighted with the finished product the photos are stunning they really have captured every moment of the day. we couldn't be happier. Most of all James is a really lovely and down to earth guy and the perfect choice of photographer for the biggest and best day your life.

My wife and I had James come and shoot our wedding in November. When we got the pictures back we were blown away and totally over the moon. We loved all the photos and struggled to pick the ones to print.James was very professional, easy to get on with and all the guests loved him.Definitely sign him up for your wedding!!!!

Started our Wedding Day as our Photographer, and left the day as a friend!We had the pleasure of meeting James at a Sheffield Wedding Fayre in April 2018 and knew from the first meeting that he was the photographer we wanted to share our special day with. Over the months leading up to the wedding, James has always been great with his communication and at our pre-wedding engagement shoot we felt completely at ease with him and with his guidance and direction we got some incredible shots.James isn’t afraid of pushing boundaries and trying new shots and ideas to keep photographs fresh. He was always really honest with timings and what was achievable, especially as we had a big wedding.On the day he was very much an on-hand man, helping with bouquets, keeping our family at ease and blending in with all our guests. He took special photos of our day and our families that we will cherish forever. Those special moments that you don't think to capture, but take your breath away when you see them. To choose a photographer to capture our wedding day in a way that would be everything we wanted and strike a chord with our guests was going to be a challenge. BUT, my goodness James over delivered on this!!!!We asked him to take literally a few photographs that we could have - but he went way above and beyond. The relaxed manner and calmness he exuded on the day, putting everyone at their ease was like nothing any of us experienced before.His attention to detail and capturing the moments we could never have seen was unbelievable - James has an eye for the special quality moments, putting us at our ease, almost as though he wasn't even there.Words and reviews are cheap, but this man has delivered in bucketfuls. We used James and also a second photographer Stu who was employed by James at our request for our recent wedding and I have to say our photos are amazing. The group/formal photos were organised with minimal fuss and absolutely no disruption to the day. The majority of the photos were taken without us even knowing either of the photographers were there. Having heard a couple of horror stories recently about people not getting good photographs (from other photographers) I was more than delighted with every single one of the 730 photos James presented to us. They are absolutely AWESOME. We literally cannot stop looking at them. James and Stu what talented men you are! I'm already trying to think of an excuse for a photo shoot. Loved having you both share our day - it was like having an extra couple of guests. I think everyone was sad to see you leave!
