Zaf was an absolute legend today he saved me as i needed a sim urgently:he was quick and efficient and very professional. I would always come back to him in the future as i trust him

Called into 3 shop in Fargate Sheffield this morning as I had a some issues with my phone since going to Tesco Mobile last year and called in to see if 3 could sort things out for me. I had been a 3 customer for about 6 years if not more and always had help when needed. Needless to say I will be going back to 3 when my contract is up. A lady called Jenna dealt with my problems and sorted them out which I thought was very kind of her as I am not a 3 customer at the moment but will definately be coming back to you as soon as I can. She was extremely friendly and explained what was the problem and sorted everything outfor me. She is a credit to your company.

I came in on bank holiday Monday, needing an early upgrade, Sam sat down with me and went through the available options to upgrade early. He was very thorough, patient & conscientious throughout the experience & made sure that I understood every step of the process. Excellent customer service from Sam, couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I upgraded my phone on Saturday. Sam was extremely helpful and patient. He explained everything and listened to what I needed. Thank you for your help!

Sam has saved me today after having my phone stolen yesterday. Went above and beyond to not only set up my new phone but also get me back into my emails and get all my photos etc back. Would always come back here to talk to him if I need any more help.

I can only speak in connection with me wanting to get in contact with the store via telephone to ask if they knew of a direct number for Huawei customer service (don't start me on Huawei's lack of customer after care)But it seems that no matter what time in the day I have phoned that they do not pick up the phone!I understand that at busy times this might not be possible, but can this really be the case over three midweek days from opening time to closing time?

This was going to start out as a 1 star rating. Spent time with the manageress who promptly sorted my queries and problems .went out of her way above and beyond left the shop smile on my face and extremely satisfied with the service she is a credit to the store

Natalie was lovely. She was patient and explained all of my upgrade options in detail and let me decide calmly and at my own pace. She gave me all information I asked for, answered all of my questions and I walked out of the branch happy. Highly reccommend this branch if you are looking for proper support and solid advice!
