Absolutely disgraceful service would not recommend these to anyone no manners speaking to clients I found Paul to be so arrogant and same as his receptionist

We went sale agree on a property in Dublin around March 2022. After reading many horror stories on various fora about solicitors going missing during the conveyancing process, we were a bit anxious about this and contacted Paul on recommendation from our mortgage broker. After the EA sent the documents to Paul’s office, we had an initial consult where Paul took us through the challenges he saw. For starters, the sale was a receiver sale and more complex that a typical owner sale. From the moment the process kicked off, the communication with Paul and his team was excellent. We were provided with a list of documentation at the start that we needed to source , primarily from architect / engineer. Any queries we sent were answered within hours. Often we were able to get one of Pauls team on the phone directly, but when this wasn’t possible, someone always called us back promptly. Overall, very happy with the work done by Paul and his team. Communication was excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending.
