Had a fairly old bike that needed two new wheels fitted. I felt like I was stepping back 50 years when your local bike shop could be totally trusted. Service was excellent, took me seriously (despite the age of my bike) and delivered a bike on time and on price. Excellent service, I highly recommend.

Cannot rate Andy and the team highly enough. Great, timely, efficient and well priced service. Recently processed two warranty claims and rebuilds for me first via Giant the second via SRAM at no benefit to themselves but went the extra mile and got positive outcomes, very much appreciated. Will be back, but hopefully with bikes intact!

Took a 700c rear wheel with snapped spoke and slightly buckled. They fixed it in just over an hour, quite a busy shop and job done was still cheaper than buying a new wheel. Excellent service.

cycled 22 miles dropped my Lapierre xelius bike off for a check over whilst i went for breakfast came back and they explained some things to me i didn't know, showed me also and was a great experience, very knowledgeable, very good customer service and will be back, thank you,
