Poor quality, lack of communication, avoid

We bought the Kinston large corner unit with rising table. We were so pleased with it, we also bought the winter covers. In April this year, after just 2 English summers, the table started to develop holes in it, the rattan was just falling off. When I looked at my paperwork, I saw it has just a 1 year guarantee. I contacted Rattanpark, and asked if they could send us some replacement rattan so we could repair it ourselves, which they did. We repaired 11 holes. Since then the table has developed 32 more holes! We asked Rattanpark to supply us with a new table top, they refused. Now the back of the sofa has started to break away. They advertise their rattan furniture as being made from PE rattan, if you google, it states that PE rattan should last at least 5-7 years and if looked after even longer. Be aware buying from this company, as there is a reason they only give a 1 year guarantee, as they don't expect it to last much longer!

Purchased Durley Modular corner sofa, table and stools. Communication was excellent, the delivery company were fantastic and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the furniture and the very competitive price.

Extremely disappointed with the product, very poor quality, nothing fits together properly, massive colour difference with every piece, have contacted company via email on numerous occasions and sent photographs to show how bad furniture it, to receive a continual reply of ‘I’ll make a note for our team’DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY…: AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!
