Confusion.The Hotpointfreezer was never under repairMy Hotpoint freezer was returned and I lost time and money. The freezer continually froze and had to be defrosted ...with loss of contents. Finally I complained and it took some time before someone came......defrosted the freezer and said there was nothing wrong with it only that it should not be in the garage..Considering that my Electrolux freezer had functioned well for 22 years in the garage...Why did your publicity not state the fact that your freezer was unsuitable for placing in a garage or outbuilding!!So despite the long incovenience of being with a non functioning freezer I was £30 out of pocket when a,o.took back you freezer and supplied me with a freezer that clearly stated “for use in garage or outbuilding”DisgruntledShirley Degani
