I found Mark in my back garden without permission taking pictures, while my wife was in the back room feeding our newborn baby.I challenged him and asked him what he was doing. He picked up a lump hammer and threatened me. When I told him the police had been informed funnily enough he didn’t hang around.

We rang mark looking for a extra surveyor, we were first time buyers so we didn't really know what we needed. Mark talked through everything and explained it all so we understood and he explained why we needed it. I did ring a few others for quotes but Mark made me feel comfortable enough to go with him on the result of the completed survey mark rang me and explained the things in detail that would need work/attention on in the property and gave me quotes and ways of fixing some of the issues. We later saw the report in email and even then things had bin explained in enough detail to understand on the actual report.I would highly recommend mark.
