I made an enquiry, was told I would receive call back. I was still waiting a week later. Rang again, was told would receive a callback, I didn't. I called to inform them not to bother, that it's not a good idea to entrust an organisation that cannot return a phone call with design and project management duties. Quite surprising really since they are not a small outfit.
