Highgate Medical Centre

I have attempted to call this medical centre on 3 separate occasions today and was utterly disappointed when not a single member of staff could attend the call. Looking at some of the reviews left on here.. they seem quite accurate. I have been referred here for a treatment and the receptionist at my current GP had also provided this organisations fax number when I queried their contact number.. it all makes sense now…

FeedbackI would like to provide you with positive feedback Dr Jui, Dr Farooq and Dr pandit and reception staff, too, at The Highgate Medical Centre which I believe is the best in Birmingham.They are all brilliant in all aspects, their role, their approach, their listening, understanding and their response to the issues in finding best ways to address them. They are not judgemental nor bias.I fully appreciate their time, her hard work and effort. Although it is their job, they truly take that extra mile (goes above and beyond) to ensure that they provide efficient advice and service. And I cannot thank them enough.It is very rare to find one that is very dedicated, who listens and understands. And is willing to do a job to the best of their ability. I greatly value their role and hardwork. And I greatly thank them all.

this dr surgery is an absolute joke the ladies on reception do not have a clue what so ever. they do not no how to answer the phones or talk with patients . rude isn't the word the moment you question them on something they hang the phone up. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ALL STAFF NEED TO BE RETRAINED FROM MANAGMENT DOWN!!!!

As a a mother of 3 young children, Dr Jui has always understood the difficulties of being a parent to a sick child and has supported me massively. Will definitely recommend Highate Medical Centre

Dr Jui and the staff at Highgate Medical Centre have always been professional, friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile. Whenever I have visited the staff have shown genuine concern and have supported in difficult times.

This is a great surgery. You aren’t waiting on the phone for long before someone answers and you are offered an appointment in good time. The receptionists are helpful and only too happy to help and Dr Prashanti was very helpful when my son was poorly.

I would like to thank dr s pandit ,dr jui and all the doctors in this surgery for their wonderful support with my health care over the years , i been suffering from health problems for many years ,dr pandit , dr jui and dr farroq always been there for me and not to forget now dr parshanti too,i have been having physical and other personal problems for nearly 28 years since young age ,and dr pandit understands me and has known all of my family and extended family for decades, he is a wonderful person has alot of patience including dr jui and there have been times when i feel i am putting pressure on them at times but they are soo humble and kind and down to earth and they know what i am going through physically and mentally and they go extra 1000 miles to make sure you i am seen and given appropriate treatment and support wether its advice or refferals ,and the love and support they all have towards me and my family I will never ever forget till i am alive and all of my family members love dr pandit too .dr pandit knows that there are problems that I can't overcome but always right there to support me and put possitve thoughts in my mind which gives me hope and this is what any patient wants I couldn't ask anything more from dr pandit and his staff they have given me 'hope that eventually there is light across the tunnel and thats all what matters to me going forward and you can pay me all the money in this world but i will never leave the surgery even though alot of my family realtives have talked me too move in the past during pandemic time but i stayed and always will stay i been many to local surgeries and saw locum doctors there in all sparkhill but they cant come close to dr pandit and his experince when it comes to giving you right care i was reading some negative comments on here about dr pandit and his stuff and it shocks me and I can assure you that its not true pkease ignore it . And lastly i dont want to forget sister suriyah she is also a wounderful person she has also been there for me also when ever i want to talk to her even if shes busy she goes a extra mile to make sure that my problems are taking care off and before i did have some problems with the staff but i can now see that all the sisters are being trained well by sister Suriya and it shows how dedicated sister Suriya is when it comes to doing her job

Truly awful.Before living in Birmingham I would never have believed a medical practice would act in this way. They appear to take pride in being as unhelpful as possible.Edit: It's really amazing that you can be ignored for months, but if you leave a review they will respond the same day!

I have been with this medical practice for so many years and am happy to say we have some lovely doctors who have helped me over the years. Would recommend and again thankyou for your help. Also would like to say the receptionists are really helpful and welcoming.

Amazing staff and lovely people, great over the phone and in person, receptionist will help you with whatever they can to make it easy for you, doctors and nurses are super supportive, very friendly and great at listening to all problems. 10/10 thankyou for everything
