Westside Cars

Bought jag XJL from them July 2019, they seem nice in the first place until our differences started arising.This is my personal experience of Amar and the Westside car as a whole- Very horrible tricky set of people. The car was sold faulty, I started contacting them logging my complains as early as the 3rd day after purchase but they ignored until I involved the consumer right department, then Amar called for the collection of the car to be fixed 2 different times, still no improvement. I demanded for a refund but Amar said he won’t give one then I involved my bank, this got them to sit up by getting a proper mechanic who fixed the car and a lawyer who wrote to me and the bank giving some outdated documents on how the car had been fixed.I would have got my refund but because I didn’t have any documents from a garage to show a diagnosis of the faulty car when it was bought. All I had were personal pictures and videos of the car when it was acting up. This wasn’t enough evidence.I was left stranded with my family with no means of transportation, used taxis but was costing too much, I requested for a courtesy car while the purchased car was being fixed but non was provided, Amar asked me to rent a car for the period and promised to reimburse but he didn’t pay back, I had to borrow money from friends to cover the cost myself. Very stressful period for the whole family especially my kids.My advice: always have your evidences on documents if you ever find yourself in my shoes with any car dealers.I cannot recommend Westside cars of Birmingham. NEVER!

Service was exceptional, came with no knowledge on motor vehicles what so ever and left with a car to cater to my every need.The team really go out their way to provide a service that’s suited to you and your requests.Will be visiting again when I want to purchase my next vehicle :)

AMA & MUD are great guys and the excellence associated with their dealership is exceptional. Bought a Range Rover from them and I was really impressed to see a car dealership who is ready to go beyond just the business to satisfy a customer. Cant recommend these guys enough! Bought a A35 from them earlier this year and there customer service was outstanding from start to finish even to the point they held the car for me whilst I sold mine and allowed me to have a immobilizer fitted before our collection date so I felt comfortable driving away from the showroom. Mud & Ama are experts in there industry and Ill certainly be returning to buy my next car!

Bought a stunning white 15 plate Jag XF sport off Amar. Great guy & great service. My low brake pad warning light came on. About 4 weeks after purchase. Amar was great. No questions or quibbles. Got the car back in and fitted me new set of pads all round. Always answers or replies when I contact him. Would highly recommend this place and Amar and will definitely buy from Alarm again. Not given a legit service or MOT prior to buying had an health check within 4 months of buying the car and numerous advisories of issues that would have been picked up on a service/MOT. Air con not working since collecting despite numerous phone calls to dealership just say they will ring you back and never do. Still under warranty but won’t pay out for anything and despite having the issue identified by BMW themselves.Wouldn’t buy again as under warranty means nothing to them

Westside Cars has been one of the best showrooms I have ever been to! The customer service was perfect from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the process of buying a car easy and enjoyable. They were very polite, they answered all my questions and helped me find the right deal for me.
