I have recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car whilst living abroad in preparation for our imminent relocation. Jake was highly professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and fully informed regarding our purchase. True to his word, the car arrived immaculate inside and out. Professional, trustworthy and reliable.....very refreshing experience meaning we will certainly be back when we need to buy cars in the future. Thank you Jake.

Recently bought a Jaguar XE from dealership,Whole process was easy, agreed a fair and reasonable price and had the car within a few days from purchase.Would highly recommend.

Avoid!! Bought the car which already had a fault from them which appeared an easy fix. Turned out it needed 500 pounds of work which they said they would reimburse. When calling up to get money payed to me the person you need to speak to is always busy or not in work. This is a month and a half on!

I saw an XC60 on autotrader that they were selling.That evening I went to look at the car. Ian gave me the keys and left me to look over the car at my leisure and wasn't pushy and didn't hover over me at all.After deciding I wanted the car, we spoke about warranties, etc etc and being happy, I placed a deposit on the car.When I picked the car up, we found that the alloy locking nut key was missing. Without hesitation, Ian told me they would sort it out for me.Overall, a very good and friendly service. I have only had the car two days, but so far the car seems to be exactly as described.A+**UPDATE 7/3/23**Had the car now for 9 months, and still very happy with it.

Bought a TT from here long distance. Car looked great on the photos, trusted them to deliver me a great car. It looked great when it arrived so I accepted the delivery. I went to clean my car as all new car owners do and with a simple jet wash the paint all comes flying off the front bumper. Underneath a hole has been covered poorly and the poorly painted job has come off with great ease. I understand that some cars that are 8yrs old come with some cosmetic issues but when you go to clean a car you do NOT expect paint to come off so easily. It was at a distance with the low pressure option selected. I called and attempted them to right the wrong with a simple 150 pound fix but they were having none of it as the car left the garage without this issue. I do not think the garage has done this hatchet job themselves but have been fooled easily by the previous seller which is where the problem stems from, the paint work was not examined well enough to warrant the price of sale. To be told on the phone call its pretty much my fault for simply washing my car is astonishing to me and this customer service is terrible which is why the 1 star is given. Disgrace tbh, no accountability, just blaming the customer.

Almost two weeks ago, I was ready to view a vehicle and most likely proceed with a purchase, prepared to pay in cash and scheduled a viewing, I was notified by email the car was now unavailable due to it being loaned out to the owners daughter for the week.The personal use of the car over a customer's explicit interest in a timely purchase, in a customer-focused business is just poor service and I wouldn't deal with this company.

I Bought a beautiful and well looked after BMW 3 series from C&E Motors. The whole process was made easy by a fantastic sales team in particular Ian who dealt with all my questions and provided all the information I required. Went the extra mile to organise delivery of the car, and even set up my road tax. Brilliant delivery team also, so overall, very impressed with the service. As a distance buyer I was initially wary having not seen the car in person however everything went well, live video walk arounds were welcomed and so far the car is as described and working brilliantly. Big thank you to the C&E team.

Had some really good quality cars and well presented at this exclusive garage, my son bought a BMW from here and couldn't fault the service we got from Danny the sales rep. Really recommend him and the garage!
