We are very pleased with our new shower room. This was a complete strip out and refit. Dave, Sam and Luke worked hard to achieve a very good standard of installation. They were very tidy and considerate and their planning service gave us exactly what we wanted. Thanks.

I can't recommend Orion Interiors enough. As soon as Dave came out to quote, I knew I'd use them. He was straight talking, cut out the unnecessary work I'd been quoted by others, and gave me a range of prices to suit my budget. When installation day arrived, Dave was let down by his supplier who sent the parts and no boiler! he went out of his way to source another boiler that morning as he was determined I'd have heat and hot water that day. absolutely thrilled with the work he did and won't go anywhere else in future!

Originally, I loved the company. Orion completed my bathroom just before Xmas to what I thought was of a high standard. However, their after care is shocking. Both my shower and toilet have been leaking since Feb/march. Due to Covid 19, both Dave and Luke were shielding, but they just ignored me when I asked for advise on several occasions. I asked for a phone call and video call to help me sort the problem...nothing. I asked if they could recommend another contractor to solve the problem hoping to protect my warantly...nothing. For nearly £8000 I would expect things to be working properly and not leaking all over the bathroom, within the first few months and sadly their attitude and unprofessional approach, I would not recommend.

Absolutely thrilled! We cant thank the Orion team enough, for their hard work, dedication and time spent creating our beautiful new kitchen! We are so pleased with how it's turned out, from the initial designs to the end product, would 100% recommend these guys!Great job lads, thank you all so much!!!!

Recently moved into a house that needed a new bathroom and some very dodgy dangerouse wardrobes removing. Was recommended Orion interiors. From the first meeting to the finnished job I was so impressed . Everything was explained itemised priced up. From day one they turned up on time covered any carpets and cleaned everynight before leaving.I now have a safe beautiful bathroom and wardrobes with so much hanging space. VERY unprofessional and bad experience with this company. They sell items on Facebook and persuaded me to buy bathroom equipment by family member constantly messaging me until 1am in the morning and kept going for a sale. (Professionals companies would kindly ask you to contact the store within opening working hours 9-5 pm)Once I placed the order i was told that if i change my mind i will get a full refund. I cancel the toilet within less than 24 hours and before it was dispatched to the store due to the fact it looked very uncomfortable and looked different as i visted another bathroom show room because Orion Interiors did not have the toilet on display ( I phoned Orion Interiors store to check if the toilet had arrived to there store but a member of staff told me it was still with the supplier and was happy to give me my full refund). However the owner is refusing to give me my money back and delaying the process by adding additional SUR and insurance charges because I cancelled my order. Unpleasant experience, wouldn't recommend! Not worth the hassle
