We're do I start with this school, I approached this school to do an intensive course for a full motorcycle licence, I spoke to a lady by the name of Lilly who re assured me that this was the right school to do my licence and promised me a pass rate of 93%.However on my first day it was a nightmare from the get go, I was greeted by an instructor who goes by the name of Danny who was extremely unprofessional from the get go.After being greeted by Danny who proceeded by asking me for my documents and started to make fun of my documents and the way I was dressed.Later on in the same day he proceeded to make indirect racist remarks about were I was from.During my training he would continue to make fun of me through my ear peace.I spent almost a thousand pounds in total and expected a professional service, this was not the case, I proceeded to make a complaint to the Honda school of motorcycle who done nothing about the situation, I would highly advise anyone to not attend this school for any training the staff is extremely unprofessional and have no manners what so ever with who they are dealing with do not be conned for your money.There is many schools in Exeter who I'm sure can provide a much better service.

Great staff friendly and helpful to help get people on the road.

Being 33 yrs old I decided to start a new venture and do my CBT, I chose BSW/TRIUMPH motorcycle training. You will not regret it! The staff there are serious about what they do but also up for having a laugh when applicable. They don't miss any out and make you feel relaxed which makes it easier to take the knowledge in to be safe on the roads. I hade pete and Andrew and was very impressed! Passed 1st day on a geared bike as they covered all bases and made sure I was ready for the road test. Don't worry if you don't do the excercise perfectly the first time they as ask they give you time to perfect it i.e they don't rush to get your money and go home. Your competence and safety is their priority not taking Money and getting home! 5*.

Friendly people and thorough training to get you through your tests. I had Chris, who is a gentle giant, and Danny who is hilarious. He does have a unique style of banter, which is very funny and keeps the lessons enjoyable. Seems like another reviewer didn't get his humour which is a shame, he's got a heart of gold. I did my training on their Honda 650's which are nice bikes.
