If you are an owner, please do not consider MiniStayUk as they are a scam. I was unfortunate enough to stay at an Airbnb managed by them. A few days after leaving, they wrongly accused me of breaking the toilet seat, and charging me £160 for it. I'm currently in the process of fighting their property management license with the ombudsman as well as in small claims court.If you'd like to find trustworthy businesses to manage your property, Mini Stay UK are not it. I was able to get in touch with the Airbnb owners. They were shocked, and have dropped them as their agents.

Mini Stay have been our short term rental agent for the past year. Natasha and her team are brilliant! I’d give 10 stars if I could.I was first attracted to the ethos of the company and delighted to find that they live up to and exceed every promise on their website. Any issues were dealt with promptly and without burden to us.We live a considerable distance from the property so it was important that we trusted the management company to make the best decisions on our behalf. Natasha’s tenacity and drive to make our property a success on Air BnB has been truly impressive. I can’t recommend Mini Stay enough.

Ministay is an efficient team, very responsive, which is important as I am an owner who's based abroad. I like how they manage guest relations, verify potential guests, maintain community rules and respect neighbours. I can see good care of my property. Before I tried Ministay UK I used to let my flat on Airbnb and do everything by myself. It was a lot of work.With Ministay UK I was able to make more profit with much less effort. They clean the flat, provide fresh linens and towels, and respond to any queries on Airbnb. I didn’t have to do much at all. Very happy with the service.
