really bad service. I was there twice for emergency appointments day by day and they didn't help me at all. Had to go to another dentist where problem was resolved quickly and paid goes away straight away.

Tried to book an appointment for my husband via email. They had the wrong email address on their system and so did not confirm his appointment. I tried to ring several times, I left messages regarding the appointment & never got an answer (I have proof of this) Then we got charged £22 for not attending an appointment we knew nothing about. We now have moved dentists and won’t be going back.

Have avoided check ups in the past but after seeing Adrian and assistant Melissa today they have restored my faitha and will ensure to go. The experience of having work done isn't nice but they couldn't make u feel any more comfortable. Greeting at reception is also very welcoming and friendly

I can’t speak highly enough of this Dental Practice I was in trouble with a loose tooth and an abscess my NHS Surgery of 45 years couldn’t help me.phoned the Dental and implant surgery and was seen within 20 mins of my phone call thank you so much for the excellent treatment I had.

I saw Hannah the hygienist today and assistant Lisa. They were both lovely. My past experiences of rough, painful hygienist visits at other practices had made me wary. Hannah was gentle and careful. I won't be worried now to go back. Nice people. Thank you.

Dr Hastings is the most compassionate, professional dentist I’ve ever had and I cannot thank him enough. He knew I was anxious and took particular attention to put me at ease. Time is definitely not his priority, his patient clearly is. His work is extremely thorough and highly skilled. Whether you’re anxious about visiting a dental practice or just looking for a great experience, this one comes highly recommended from me.
