I’m not from Reading, however I was in the area on Sunday 19th Nov, like always the staff in Lush are always super positive and helpful, a lovely guy called Ben who was working this day was so helpful, and very festive (loved it), he let me do some demos on several products, he was very informative and knew so much information about each item he showed me and the benefits, nothing was ever an issue and the fact he took the time out to show me these several items and be so polite really made it a great in store experience, I wanted him to be recognised for this, he was that kind that when I was paying for my item with another member of staff he came over and did like a gesture of good will and gifted me a small lush perfume, it really made my day and put a smile on my face, thank you Ben!

Had the most amazing time in Lush yesterday with my mum, Robin and Lee were so incredibly helpful and didn't make us feel rushed or unimportant. Their abudunace of knowledge put us at ease and helped us pick up new products and fragrances we hadn't though of before! In all mine and my mothers years of shopping at lush we have never had a more memorable and special experience.Wish all of the team on shift a wonderful holiday period!

Our experience today in Lush store (The Oracle) with Jess was amazing! She is the kindest person ever and such an amazing seller. She showed us the products that we were looking for and knew how to explain every single detail of it!She also gave a little treat for my dog which was so nice.Thank you Jess for everything! We felt very welcomed.

The best customer service i’ve ever experienced in my life, i’m not joking. Everyone here was super attentive, lovely to talk to and demonstrated excellent knowledge about their products as well as being super lovely and massive hype people- i felt like i had a free therapy session! I was so take back at how fantastic the service was here that i came back with some cookies as a thank you (so sorry i didn’t get to hand them out and give a hug to every single amazing staff member that served me!) I left with products that I love and planning my next pay day trip too for more. <3 Staff working here should be super proud of the people that they are Xxx

Popped in to get some soap. And whilst there was greeted by David Didn’t try to sell anything just made polite conversation. Later once we looked around we needed some advice. OMG David knew just about everything that you could imagine about the products and suitability for different hair types and colours. In the end we bought extra for our friend who was away but wanted to get her own hair shampoo for her type of hair. David wasAwesome

Had a really good experience at lush today, all the staff were really lovely and friendly. Robin was super helpful letting me trial different products and helping me choose things right for me and my skin. This is my new favorite lush!! Loved the staff and the products I've ended up with, will definitely be coming back :)

I had the most amazing in store shopping experience at Lush Reading. We were attended by David who was the kindest and listened to what we were after and gave us exactly what we needed. While we were leaving, David also gave us a free lip scrub because I had told him during our chat that my lips needed some care along with a pay it forward card. I will definitely pay it forward. Moi at the till was also incredible. Thanks guys for making my visit so fulfilling. All the best xx
