Complete disregard for customer service, extremely ignorant, main telephone number never works, account managers just tell you to raise a ticket by email, and on and on...Literally the worst website company I've ever dealt with. They genuinely do not care about the customer experience at all. Terrible throughout design and development of site, ongoing support doesn't exist, completely disorganised, send incorrect invoices and cancelled their own direct debit and then chased for incorrect payments. After crazy situation after crazy situation I re-set up the direct debit. I just hope they don't cancel it again, send more threatening communication and ignore return correspondence. Unbelievable.

Terrible customer service with poor communication, slow response, instabil service, literally impossible to change sth in design.. Avoid this company as much as you can!

Have not only developed an eye catching, performing and professional website for us, but also have taken time once developed, to then ensure this has impact and works well. Really good company to work with.

Absolutely dreadful. taken our website down whilst they knew we were waiting for information, never answer emails, charge the earth, constantly use confusing IT jargon when corresponding. Just avoid.

Having used and paid for the Volcanic platform for our job board for over 18 months, I can safely say that this is not a job board provider and I would recommend people look elsewhere for developers in this space. The team appeared to have no idea about the job board market and their basic technical knowledge was extremely lacking. Our site was set up with no appreciation for SEO and ranked poorly from the outset. Getting changes made was very painful and the customer service was consistently terrible. I am happy to discuss if anybody would like further information but in my opinion, stay away from this provider.

Worst company I have ever worked with!Slow service: It took them 3 months to fix a grammatical mistake on the website and unfortunately it is not the only case.Unprofessional:-The website - hosted by this comapany- sometimes not available and got the error code saying something went wrong
