A very straightforward and no nonsense process made easier by Sebastian, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and sales procedure.I thought presenting the car in the showroom under the cover a nice touch. Just had my car serviced and the service from the Mercedes team was excellent. The process from booking it in, to confirmation emails and calls the day before pickup were first class. Phil picked the car up on time and delivered a fully charged, clean car back as promised. Phil has an excellent approach to the customer and does a great job representing Mercedes.

Excellent customer care and service from Dan Spencer in Sheffield. From the very first phone call to picking up the new car (all in all only 10 days!), he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As we were not local to the showroom we had a lot of questions and calls, but Dan sent videos and always responded quickly, keeping us updated on progress. Previous experience of car sales have not been ideal, but he has changed our opinions. Will definitely go back to Dan and recommend to anyone.
