Staff are fantastic! The lay out is beautiful! One of the best Starbucks I have seen ! The way they make hot chocolate is amazing ! The cafe is very clean and well spaced !

Slow. Every single time we come it takes about 20 minutes to get 1 coffee. I were here on my own and it took 5 minutes just to take my order. Then when you get to the collection point in drive through the tap is running constantly, wasting water.

The most expensive Starbucks I may have ever visited. Takes 15 minutes to get a drink. Some staff are friendly, some are super rude. I also got two parking fines one week apart because Starbucks decided to allow their customers to be penalised for working from their premises (and spending a fortune in the process). No thank you.

It's a nice quiet coffee shop situated next to a petrol station, so the perfect place to stop off when finishing a late shift or if you're after a break after refueling your car.

Me and friend spent three wonderful hours chattering and drinking. Then yesterday we both received a £100 parking fine. The writing on the signs is so small. You go to a Tesco or Sainsbury car park and the ANPR signs clearly tell you how long you’ve got to shop but not here. Can you read the small print on their signs (without enlarging the picture)? Went to Starbucks, they said “not our responsibility”. Nice way to lose customer loyalty quickly. The site and car park is owned by EuroGarages, the Issa Brothers. This is how they make their money.

Remind me not to go here again . I could have made a coffee quicker myself. They only had three staff and they couldn’t cope with the drive thru and the public coming in to the store

The staff are the worst I have ever encountered. Totally ignored and rude when asked for assistance. The employer needs to advise them that they work in the hospitality industry" never again."

Great Drive Thru experience. Minimal wait time from ordering to receiving order from the window. Thanks, guys! (Saturday 29/08/23) didn't get the name of the person on the window, unfortunately!
