I had a lady pick me up at gone midnight to take me to the hospital with my little boy as he had banged his head. This lady was absolutely fantastic with me especially after I had explained how anxious I was returning to the hospital after my baby girl was born sleeping in January. She helped me into the hospital with my bag while I carried my son and when the woman at the hospital was unbelievably rude, this lady even put a complaint forward on my behalf. Thank you so much you went above and beyond for me and it was very much appreciated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing family owned buiseness, the drivers are absolutely fantastic very friendly and very respectful of personal boundaries as well they provide a safe and nice atmosphere and take care of the passengers well. Never had an issue and airport ride was the smoothest ride ever. Must travel with chubbs cabs when in Gwynedd and Ynys Mon ,Wales. Xx

I tried getting a taxi from Chubbs, usually they are late but on that day it seems the taxi would be in 5mins, I thought they’d notify me through a text if the driver was outside, but they haven’t knocked or done so, hence when I call them back, the lady on the phone was rude and did cut my call twice even before letting me finish. Bad customer service!

Chubbs Cabs…..True to it words!!! When they tell you they will get to your location in 5mins, be sure they will. I have always had a very lovely experience with them. Ordered them to the train station on several occasions and they came through for me. Great company, great service, highly recommended.

If I could give a -1000/5 stars for this company, I would, but unfortunately the lowest you can give is a 1/5, which seems too generous in my opinion. I booked a taxi for 4:50, was 25 minutes late so I missed my train. No sorrys from anyone, just pathetic excuses from the petulant man on the phone and an incredibly rude driver who refused to give me a discount. Would never recommend- if it was the only taxi company available, I'd rather walk

Booked a cab in advance for 2:50pm, I was there at 2:50 and the driver wasn’t there, he either drove off or was never there, was lied to by the woman on the phone and then told to wait 10mins+ for a new one. Would not recommend this taxi service at all, very unprofessional.

I was in the in pickup location 5 minutes before and proceeded to wait a further 10 minutes for taxi to arrive - by this point I had to ask a friend who was luckily available to pick me up as I’m unable to walk due to ankle injury. No call to let you know they were late or why they didn’t turn up? I was late to my meeting. Horrendous service and obviously won’t use again. Sean’s taxi’s have got really decent 5 star reviews unlike this company!

My daughter called for a cab from train station to St Mary’s quad. It’s a short walk. Uphill mostly. The driver proceeded to give his opinion on about young people not wanting to walk that hill and why their is so much obesity. She had been out hiking and had hurt her ankle. She also tips extra for short rides. But it does not matter. You provide a TAXI service. Your job is to pick up people and drop off people. You sit and drive all day. Stop being rude and judgmental. And hurting a young girl’s feelings? Hope you feel good about yourself. Do better.
