Service and food have always been good, but following my last visit with a friend I was furious to receive a parking fine for £100. Completely unacceptable and suffice to say I will never be setting foot in the place again.

27th October. Pre Review: First impression are fantastic added there phone number to the maps listing as requested, Lively atmosphere within the coffee house, Staff very Interactive with customers on launch. Credit to the amazing restoration work done. Grand Opening is Tomorrow 28th starting around 5:30am for all you early birds. We got some first look photos here for the community, be sure to check this Costa out! More to come watch this space

Like any other Costa except you have to rush your food and drink otherwise a week later you get hit with a £100 parking fine. I will never in my life purchase another costa product due to this. Go to a local coffee shop do NOT visit this Costa. Shame as staff are polite and friendly and coffee and food was good but has left a bitter aftertaste with a £100 parking fine.

Robbing prices then hit you with a bill for parking, everyone in there should wear a stripped jumper it’s daylight robbery.Expensive, dirty and McDonald’s next door is better.

Last time had a latte with friend, new parking law came in, had a parking ticket as camera takes photo of BACK of your car when driving in....& only 2 disabled spaces? Not good. Was not impressed.

Absolutely discussing that paying customers are now being fined after parking at your premises. After enjoying a regular catch up with family members with a spot of coffee and food, I am disgusted to find I have been fined over £100 to park at your coffee shop.

Stay away!!Absolutely disgusting that you go for a coffee and get charged £100 parking! Sometimes waiting in the que can be 15 minutes, never knew you had a time limit and as this has changed since this costa opened should customers have been informed in store? I’m not going to look in a tree for a sign I never knew existed?! I won’t be turning and by looks when I was there not that many people have either!

Boycotting this place after being a regular visitor. Why the hell would they install Pakingeye to catch their customers out. The car park is never full anyway. Using local cafes from now on.

A really nice coffee shop with a good range of drinks and food. Plenty of seating and a nice buzz.Unfortunately the store is seriously let down by the very slow service. I ordered a herbal tea which for some unknown reason took a few minutes to make (cup of hot water and a tea bag). My friend ordered a latte and took over 5 minutes to make. That is despite no other orders ahead of it. By the time we sat down, my tea was warm at best.A real shame as it spoiled the whole experience.
