Northumbria Police - Etal Lane Police Station

Went to hand in some lost property. Closed to the public .Even the phone outside entrance did not work.

Poor customer service, waited hours on numerous occasions to be seen to by an officer for a minimal amount of cooperation from the officers and rudeness. When interacting with officers they were hostile and aggressive and unpleasant. Seriously appalling.

Pc Andy McNally attended an incident yesterday 8/6/22. I had scraped the front bumper of another vehicle, the driver was very abusive and initially refused to give any details.I became extremely upset as the situation escalated. I called for the Police to attend and was extremely reassured by the officer named above. He immediately put me at ease, offered some excellent advice, I feel he handled this incident in a calm professional yet friendly manner. It is lovely to deal with someone who has the knowledge and empathy to handle such a situation.

Phoned the police station today to report an incident The officer took all my details and was very understanding. They are now looking in to what i told them. Great service with no problems at all.
