Fantastic service and price. I dealt with Robyn and other members of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. All questions which I have were answered without difficulty. Their staff are well trained as well as being courteous, helpful and polite. I love a wee trip into Wex and always made most welcome. I would recommend 10/10.

Had an issue with my tripod while on a 3 week vacation, and the guys at Wex were absolute LEGENDS! Not only did Jacob Murray and his associate take the time to help get my tripod mount deconstructed to the point of removing it, they we extremely helpful in deciding on a replacement. I wish my local guys were this thorough and had the kind of customer service they do. The shop also had a good selection of camera equipment, and both new and used items to look through, it's a shame I don't live in the UK or these guys would get 100% of my business.Thanks again to the guys in the Edinburgh Leith location for their assistance.

I went to Wex Edinburgh recently looking to upgrade my DSLR camera. I was unfamiliar with the advances which have been made into mirrorless cameras and needed some good advice. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable and soon equipped me with a fantastic used mirrorless camera with two lenses, all as good as new! The after-sales is also to be recommended. Jason, the store manager, was particularly helpful and has assisted me in understanding the new camera since I bought it.These guys go above and beyond, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Wex.

They really took the time to discuss what I needed, let me try the lens on my camera body and try it around store. Very knowledgeable and friendly team!
